A little about me
I am a graduate of Arkansas Tech University in my hometown of Russellville, Arkansas, with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. I was a member of the snare drum line for the Arkansas Tech University Marching Band and percussionist with our university Symphonic Concert Band. I am also a proud lifetime member of Sigma Phi Epsilon Men’s National Fraternity.

After having lived in Atlanta, Nashville and Tampa, my wife, Jaycee and I moved to Houston in 2019. We are the proud parents of our daughter Astrid June and love being residents in EADO (East Downtown) We love the melting pot culture and superb restaurant scene in Houston. With great weather, amazing art and museum culture, world-class universities, and championship professional sports teams, Houston is the place for us.

When Is The Right Time To Pre-Qualify?
If you are considering purchasing a home within a 12 month time frame, and you are financially capable, anytime is a good time. If you have no legitimate concerns in the pre qualifying process then doing so within a 90 day frame of purchasing will most likely suffice. Doing so earlier will help us know the financial propensity you have established and help correct any issues before purchase.
